St. Mary's Village Carnival 2002
Celebrating Britain

Britain's Great
and so was the Fete !

Patriotism, as seen during the Golden Jubilee celebrations, the World Cup, and other recent great sporting events still seems to be flowing amongst our villages.
Hundreds of "Great Britons" turned out on Saturday to celebrate St. Mary's Villages Carnival. The theme Celebrating Britain proved to be a great success.
Queen Elizabeth (Bradbury) this years Carnival Queen, her Princess and attendants were carried by Honeywick Carriages. The procession, including many floats was Led by the Yewsley and West Drayton Brass Band. It started from The Orchards Eaton Bray. The route along the way was very colorful, with thanks to the many parishioners who took the time and effort to decorate their houses with this years theme.
