Charles had a younger sister, Sarah, whom I believe did not marry, and a younger brother, William, who was my grandfather. My ancestor Shadrack Empey was born in 1822 in Eatonbray. He married Ann Athes of Cheddington. His mother was Elizabeth Kempton. The name goes to Impey in older generations. There are also some Millers and a Mouse in the family. All from Eaton Bray in the 1700's. My Great Grandfather's father was born in Eaton Bray and then they Emmigrated to the USA.
